Non-rhabdomyosarcoma soft-tissue sarcoma (NRSTS) refers to a widely heterogeneous group of extraskeletal mesenchymal neoplasms accounting for approximately 4% of all childhood cancers. The author discusses the role of non-cross-sectional and cross-sectional imaging.
