This study aims to develop and assess intelligent computer-based models for predicting permeability. The research focuses on three novel models-Decision Tree, Bagging Tree, and Extra Trees-while also investigating previously applied techniques such as random forest, support vector regressor (SVR), and multiple variable regression (MVR).

The proportion of patients with type I allergy in the world population has been increasing and with it the number of people suffering from allergic symptoms. Recently we showed that prophylactic cell therapy employing allergen-expressing bone marrow (BM) cells or splenic B cells induced allergen-specific tolerance in naïve mice. Methods: Patients with drug use disorders admitted to drug addiction rehabilitation centers (DARCs) in 2016 were involved in this study. Longitudinal panel data were used, with eight follow-up surveys over 6 years, approximately every 6 months.
