This paper presents a follow-up of a child with Balint's syndrome over more than a decade. The patient experienced traumatic brain injury before age 12, resulting in bilateral occipito-parietal infarctions and a clinical presentation of Balint's syndrome. Neuropsychological assessments at three time points showed average verbal abilities alongside persistent difficulties in visual orientation, mirrored in the patient's daily life. Her outstanding compensatory abilities in the face of these impairments are discussed with respect to the recruitment of the ventral visual stream and the role of top-down processing. This profile may help to determine interventions for younger patients with similar lesions.

Objective: This article reviews the clinical and antibody spectrum of autoimmune cerebellar ataxia and other autoimmune movement disorders. It highlights characteristic phenotypes and red flags to the diagnosis and how these rare, but treatable, disorders are integrated into a differential diagnosis.
Latest Developments: An increasing number of neuronal antibodies have been identified in patients with cerebellar ataxia, for example, against Kelch-like protein 11 (KLHL11), seizure-related 6 homolog-like 2, septin-3 and septin-5, or tripartite motif containing protein 9 (TRIM9), TRIM46, and TRIM67.

Aim: To evaluate the effects of lipid-lowering medications of different intensities on total, calcified, and non-calcified plaque volumes in patients undergoing serial cardiac computed tomography angiography (CCTA).
Methods: Individuals with chronic coronary syndromes from 11 centers were included in a retrospective registry. Total, calcified, and non-calcified plaque volumes were quantified and the relative difference in plaque volumes between baseline and follow-up CCTA was calculated.

Numerous research projects focused on the management of acute pulmonary hypertension as Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) might lead to hypoxia-induced pulmonary vasoconstriction related to acute respiratory distress syndrome. For that reason, inhalative therapeutic options have been the subject of several clinical trials. In this experimental study, we aimed to examine the hemodynamic impact of the inhalation of the SIN-1A formulation (N-nitroso-N-morpholino-amino-acetonitrile, the unstable active metabolite of molsidomine, stabilized by a cyclodextrin derivative) in a porcine model of acute pulmonary hypertension.
