Background: During the COVID-19 pandemic, the social distancing has significantly affected the healthy lifestyle behaviors of residents. China ended social distancing on January 8, 2023, and the healthy lifestyle behaviors of residents after this time are unclear. The goal of this study was to evaluate the differences in healthy lifestyle behaviors between Chinese urban and rural residency after the termination of social distancing.

Sexual minority men living with HIV face challenges affecting their quality of life and medication adherence. While self-compassion has shown promise in improving quality of life, targeted interventions for this group remain limited. This pilot study evaluated the efficacy of an online self-compassion group intervention on quality of life and medication adherence among sexual minority men living with HIV.

Background: Registered nurses are ethically and professionally obligated to foster sustainable and respectful workplaces. However, when transitioning to academia, many nurses encounter unexpected challenges, including hierarchical and individualistic environments that contrast with the collaborative ethos of clinical practice.
Method: This qualitative study explored the experiences of 11 registered nurses from six Australian universities as they transitioned into academic roles.
