Endoscopy-assisted craniectomy with lateral osteotomies and postoperative helmet molding therapy is a widely used approach in managing sagittal suture craniosynostosis. Generally, the incisions are placed just posterior to the anterior fontanel and just anterior to the posterior fontanel and lambdoid sutures, and accurate incision placement optimizes the safe separation of the superior sagittal sinus. The authors present their 10 year experience with an ultrasound-assisted approach to identify the lambdoid sutures and precisely place the skin incisions.

Study Design: Preclinical experimental study.
Objective: To develop an intraoperative ultrasound-assisted imaging device, which could be placed at the surgical site through an endoscopic working channel and which could help surgeons recognition of different tissue types during endoscopic spinal surgery (ESS).
Summary Of Background Data: ESS remains a challenging task for spinal surgeons.

Introduction: Transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block is a widely used anesthetic technique of the abdominal wall, where ultrasound guidance is considered the gold standard. In this study, we aimed to compare the effectiveness of laparoscopic-assisted TAP (LTAP) block with ultrasound-assisted TAP (UTAP) block for post-operative pain, nausea, vomiting, duration of the block, and bowel function.
Materials And Methods: This study included 60 patients who were randomly assigned to two groups to undergo either the LTAP or UTAP block technique after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Background: Peripheral lung lesions can be sampled using various techniques, including computer tomography-guided transthoracic needle aspiration, electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy, virtual navigation bronchoscopy, and radial probe endobronchial ultrasound transbronchial lung biopsy. Mediastinal lesions can be sampled using techniques like convex probe endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (CEBUS-TBNA) and endoscopic ultrasound-fine-needle aspiration. However, effective, safe techniques for lesions adjacent to the segmental or subsegmental bronchi are lacking.
