Digital healthcare provision in England has been driven mainly by a 'top-down' approach and a focus on digital infrastructure rather than front-line delivery. This has laid the foundation, but digital care delivery still has a long way to go. This article describes an action learning programme to create digitally ready nurses. The programme, which underpins action six of NHS England's ten-point plan for general practice nursing, shows that a 'ground-up' approach to upskill and empower front-line clinicians is central to embedding technology-enabled care services (TECS). Following completion of the action learning sets (ALSs), 24 general practice nursing digital champions across Staffordshire have used TECS to deliver a range of benefits for their practice teams. This has informed the introduction and extension of the programme, with national funding for a further 12 regional pilot ALSs across England in 2018-19. Importantly, the active learning individualised approach provides a digitally ready workforce with the ability and support to adopt TECS in areas of clinical need. This ability is central to the next stage in the digital transformation of healthcare.

Aim: The objective of this study was to examine orthodontic treatment of patients with disabilities in Norway, as perceived by orthodontists.
Methods And Results: A digital questionnaire was sent out to the 220 registered members of the Norwegian Orthodontic Society and a response rate of 41% (n = 90) was achieved. The majority (92%) had received referrals for patients with disabilities, 53% reported treating up to 10 patients, while 37% reported treating up to 50 patients in the last 5 years.

The purpose of this research includes analyzing the interaction between online English learning motivations, digital readiness, academic engagement, self-regulated English learning attainment, and technology self-efficacy. These interactions were examined based on data gathered from learners in online English courses through the method of structural equation modeling. Analysis found that online English learning motivation has a significant impact on the learners' level of digital readiness and levels of academic engagement, thereby underlining its importance in getting learners ready for meaningful navigation of the digital environments with emphasis on specific academic tasks.

In the rapidly evolving biobased materials innovation landscape, our research identifies key players and explores the evolutionary perspective of biobased innovation, offering insights into promising research areas to be further developed by biobased material scientists in search of exploiting their knowledge in novel applications. Despite the crucial role of these materials in promoting sustainable production and consumption models, systematic studies on the current innovation terrain are lacking, leaving gaps in understanding key players, emerging technologies, and market trends. To address this void, we focused on examining patents related to biobased monomers and polymers, aiming to describe the innovation strategies and business dynamics of leading assignees.
