Background: Uniportal thoracoscopic right middle lobectomy (RML) poses greater technical challenges than other lobectomies. Although two-port thoracoscopy offers convenience, it results in heightened surgical trauma and scarring. The periareolar incision is rarely used in lobectomy while known for its cosmetic advantages.

Background: Clinico-anatomical review and pilot studies demonstrated that intraparenchymal injection at any site, even those not containing the index lesion, or periareolar injections should provide concordant outcomes to peritumoral injections.
Method: This was a single-center retrospective cohort at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. The electronic medical records of patients were characterized into conventional and new injection concept groups.

Background: Superior pedicle breast reduction is a very popular technique among plastic surgeons. This technique has had many variations looking for fewer complications and better long-lasting results. The aim of this article is to present a novel technique of breast reduction, making variations in the design of the periareolar incision, using a superior pedicle with a constant vertical incision of 5 cm and a shortened horizontal incision.

Objective: The aim of this study was to elucidate the external temporary skin plication (ETSP) technique in gynecomastia surgery and evaluate its role in mitigating complications and enhancing cosmetic outcomes.
Patients And Methods: This study was conducted on patients diagnosed with gynecomastia, explicitly falling under Rohrich Grades IIB and III, with dermal quality being a crucial determinant. Between September 2018 and November 2021, surgical interventions were performed on 96 qualifying patients by the senior author.
