Purpose: Recent redefinitions of pain emphasize the importance of the previously overlooked recurrent low back pain (LBP). Understanding the direct medical cost for recurrent LBP cases based on the cost per visit is crucial economically. We aimed to compare the cost per visit for LBP and recurrent LBP, including the impact of gender and type of medical service, estimating the approximate annual cost of recurrent LBP.

The classification of sexual health-related conditions was reformulated in 11th revision of International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11) following current evidence, best practice, and taking human rights into consideration, which is expected to reflect and provide guidance for more integrative clinical approaches. In the 11th version of the WHO´s International Classification of Diseases, complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD) is newly recognized as a variant of PTSD, characterized by additional and more severe symptoms and typically arising from prolonged or multiple traumatic experiences. Despite recent research supporting the differentiation between PTSD and CPTSD, studies also identify a third or even a fourth latent profile in trauma patients. This study employs latent profile analysis to identify the number of latent profiles within a clinical trauma population in Germany (N = 588) and aims to investigate their distinct symptomatology.

Background: The lack of attention to Chronic Hand Eczema (CHE) and the lack of a specific International Classification of Diseases code for CHE may have limited the assessment of CHE prevalence. To date, prevalence estimates have primarily been derived from (partly small) single-country studies.
Objectives: To estimate the annual prevalence of self-reported physician-diagnosed CHE across socio-demographic characteristics among adults in Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom (UK).
