The purpose of this study was to assess the project management of a national health information technology project focused on developing digital health care services. An e-questionnaire was sent at the end of the development project, and 93 experts (18%) from five university hospitals responded. The questionnaire was based on the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) to identify management success and also to get an overview of the project's performance. The questionnaire contained 11 background variables and 17 Likert scale items in five themes on leadership, strategy and planning, people, partnerships and resources, and processes, and one open-ended question. After analysis using descriptive statistical methods, the results showed that, overall, participants felt confident about management of the project. Criticism focused on the distribution of resources and lack of knowledge about the status of development activities in other hospitals. The CAF enablers criteria revealed subjects for further development.

Background: Adolescents and young adults (AYA) with cystic fibrosis (CF) are at risk for deviating from their daily treatment regimen due to significant time burden, complicated daily therapies, and life stressors. Developing patient-centric, effective, engaging, and practical behavioral interventions is vital to help sustain therapeutically meaningful self-management.
Objective: This study aimed to devise and refine a patient-centered telecoaching intervention to foster self-management in AYA with CF using a combination of intervention development approaches, including an evidence- and theory-based approach (ie, applying existing theories and research evidence for behavior change) and a target population-centered approach (ie, intervention refinement based on the perspectives and actions of those individuals who will use it).

Methoxyfenozide is an insecticide with a unique mode of action on the insect ecdysone receptor and has been registered for the control of insect pests all over the world. In the present work, Spodoptera frugiperda was exposed to sublethal and lethal concentrations of methoxyfenozide to determine its impact on specific biological traits, metabolic enzyme activity, and the expression of detoxification enzymes. The result showed that 72-h posttreatment with LC50 and LC70 of methoxyfenozide significantly reduced the fecundity (eggs/female) of the F0 generation compared to those of the control group.

Whole-grain foods (WGFs) constitute a large part of humans' daily diet, making risk identification of WGFs important for health and safety. However, existing research on WGFs has paid more attention to revealing the effects of a single hazardous substance or various hazardous substances on food safety, neglecting the mutual influence between individual hazardous substances and between hazardous substances and basic information. Therefore, this paper proposes a causal inference of WGFs' risk based on a generative adversarial network (GAN) and Bayesian network (BN) to explore the mutual influence between hazardous substances and basic information.

This study aims to co-design best practice guidelines to support the authentic, meaningful engagement of PWLE in mental health and/or substance use health research.
Methods: A multi-panel modified Delphi study was conducted with 61 expert panelists (35 PWLE and family members, 26 researchers/research support staff from across Canada).

Background: The worldwide rise in the prevalence of noncommunicable diseases has increased the recognition of the need to identify modifiable risk factors for preventing and managing these diseases. The office worker, as a representative group of physically inactive workers, is exposed to risk factors for metabolic syndrome, which is a primary driver of noncommunicable diseases. The use of virtual reality (VR) exergames may offer a potential solution to the problem of increasing noncommunicable disease prevalence, as it can help individuals increase their physical activity levels while providing a more immersive experience.
