In an 81-year-old man, brain diffusion-weighted MRI revealed punctate high-intensity lesions in the bilateral frontal cortex. Three months later, these lesions had extended into the cerebral cortices. Six months after the original MRI, the patient developed cognitive decline.

Introduction: This case examines the sonographic and clinical challenge of diagnosing a pyogenic liver abscess with systemic metastatic infection.
Case Description: The patient in this case study is an 81-year-old man who presented with intermittent rigors. Following radiological and clinical assessments, a pyogenic liver abscess, with evidence of systemic metastatic infection, was diagnosed.

Introduction And Importance: Pancreatic schwannoma (PS) is an extremely rare benign tumor also known as neurilemoma or neuroma. The majority of PS develop cystic lesions, and its preoperative diagnosis is challenging due to its tendency to mimic other lesions of the pancreas. Herein, we reported a case of body PS incidentally discovered in an 81-year-old male, which was successfully treated through enucleation.

Background/aim: Perianal Paget's disease (PPD) is an intraepithelial invasion of the perianal skin that is frequently associated with anorectal carcinoma. Rectal canal carcinoma with Pagetoid spread (PS) is a relatively rare disease, and few reports on its outcomes are available. The relatively rare nature of this disease makes the development of treatment recommendations difficult.

Traumatic hip dislocations are serious traumas, the result of high-energy mechanisms, constituting one of the orthopedic emergencies. The epidemiology of asymmetric bilateral hip dislocation is an extremely rare orthopedic condition. Prompt diagnosis and urgent reduction are essential due to the high risk of future complications.
