Background: The purpose of this interview study was to explore patients' and general practitioners' (GPs') experiences of space, time, and presence in video consultation in general practice in Denmark.
Methods: The study included six GPs and seven patients from the Copenhagen area, with different experience of video consultations. The data consisted of semi-structured interviews with all participants including recordings from their video consultations.

Background: Technological advancement has added new dimensions to the communication between physicians and their patients in healthcare settings worldwide. This study aimed to measure patients' views about physicians' interpersonal communication during telemedicine consultations by cultural adaptation and validation of the communication assessment tool (CAT) in Bangladesh.
Methods: A cross-sectional phone survey was conducted among 400 patients who received healthcare services from a telemedicine centre in Bangladesh.

Introduction: Cataract surgery, generally performed on an outpatient basis, is the most common surgical procedure in France. Patients are contacted the day before and the day after by telephone, which is time-consuming and subject to great inter-operator variability. Automated SMS allows standardized information to be sent instantaneously to a large number of patients.
