We describe a new technique for hydrodilatation of the frozen shoulder, which we coined 'Sonographically-Navigated Frozen Shoulder Release (S-FSR)' or 'Dr Gonzalez's technique.' Traditional treatments include a combination of conservative and surgical modalities, such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatories, physical therapy, and open capsular release. We describe a modification to hydrodilatation of the frozen shoulder.

Background: Musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSUS) is increasingly used to evaluate pediatric inflammatory arthritis. This study aimed to explore the relationship between MSUS findings with medication modifications in patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) and clinical disease activity measurements (clinical Juvenile Arthritis Disease Activity Score [cJADAS-10], active joint count [AJC], patient/parent global assessment [PPGA], and physician global assessment [PGA]).
Methods: Data from patients with JIA who underwent a 12-joint (bilateral second and third metacarpophalangeal, wrist, elbow, knee, and ankle) MSUS examination during a 57-month period were collected.

Introduction: The job of sonographers exposes them to numerous ergonomic risk factors, making the sonography profession one of the high-risk job groups vulnerable to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The present systematic review and meta-analysis specifically examined the prevalence of MSDs among sonographers.
Materials And Methods: The present review study was carried out in accordance with the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) guidelines.
