Introduction: Periorbital melanosis (POM) is a poorly defined condition that is becoming an increasing aesthetic concern. With its multifactorial origin, it necessitates a thorough assessment of targeted multimodal treatments. Background: Erythematotelangiectatic rosacea (ETR) lacks a gold-standard treatment. Recent studies show that intradermal Botulinum Toxin-A (BoNT-A) is effective for erythema, though objective data are limited.
Objective: This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of intradermal BoNT-A in patients with ETR.

Background: Teledermoscopy has demonstrated benefits such as decreased costs and enhanced access to dermatology care for skin cancer detection. However, the heterogeneity among teledermoscopy studies hinders the systematic reviews' synopsis of diagnostic outcomes, impeding trust and adoption in general practice and limiting overall health care benefits.
Objective: This study aims to improve understanding and standardization of teledermoscopy diagnostic studies, by identifying and categorizing study characteristics contributing to heterogeneity.

Significance: The early detection and accurate monitoring of suspicious skin lesions are critical for effective dermatological diagnosis and treatment, particularly for reliable identification of the progression of nevi to melanoma. The traditional diagnostic framework, the ABCDE rule, provides a foundation for evaluating lesion characteristics by visual examination using dermoscopes. Simulations of skin lesion progression could improve the understanding of melanoma growth patterns.
