The aim of this paper is to present the methodology used to study the megalithic architecture of Menjez's monuments (Akkar, Lebanon), as part of the MEG-A Project - "First megalith builders in the northern Levant" (2022-2025). Twenty-four monuments have been investigated since 2018. The primary objective is to pioneer a comprehensive understanding of the unique Levantine megalithic building techniques and re-establish the "chaînes opératoires," by determining the builders' sequence of actions.

Post-truth is a social condition that threatens the trust in science and people's critical thinking. This paper analyzes some of the educational responses to post-truth, claiming the potential contributions of Science and Technology Studies (STS). Some of the responses based on traditional epistemology, characterized as , are contrasted with some of the possible responses based on a more complex and interdisciplinary knowledge of science and technology.

Flow-replacement revascularization and/or flow augmentation surgery may be necessary for safe deconstruction of complex middle cerebral artery (MCA) aneurysms. Roughly 1% to 2% of all MCA aneurysms have angiographic features prohibiting standard microsurgical or endovascular management. Consent was obtained from the patient for the production of this video.
