Background: This study examined the relationship between neurofilament light chain (NfL) and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) and cognition in people living with HIV (PLWH) at baseline and over time.
Methods: Plasma and clinical data were available from PLWH aged ≥45 years with HIV RNA <200 copies/mL enrolled in the AIDS Clinical Trials Group HAILO cohort study. We measured plasma NfL and GFAP using a single molecule array platform.

Background: Older age and associated comorbid conditions increase the risk of severe form of COVID-19 and death. The SARS-CoV-2 vaccination campaign began in France in December 2020 targeting institutionalized older population before having been evaluated in this population. The objective of our study was to assess the tolerability of vaccination 21 days (D21) and 90 days after the first vaccination (D90) in institutionalized old people.

Objective: To analyze measles, mumps, and rubella vaccination coverage among children up to 24 months old and factors associated with non-vaccination in a 2017-2018 live birth cohort, in state capitals and large interior region cities in Northeast Brazil.
Methods: Population-based survey analyzing vaccination coverage and sociodemographic factors through logistic regression.
Results: For 12,137 children, vaccination coverage was 79.

Anal cancer incidence is rising globally, driven primarily by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. HPV, especially high-risk types 16 and 18, is considered a necessary cause of anal squamous cell carcinoma. Certain populations like people living with HIV, men who have sex with men, inflammatory bowel disease patients, smokers, and those with compromised immunity face elevated risk.

Background: Despite repeated calls to action and considerable attention, childhood vaccination uptake has declined for a thirteenth consecutive year in the United Kingdom (UK). Increasingly, stakeholders are advocating for research which goes beyond vaccine hesitancy and explores service accessibility in greater depth. This scoping review aims to identify and critically assess how accessibility is being conceptualised and investigated with a view to informing future research.
