Purpose: This study aims to assess the impact of unclassified renal cell carcinoma (uRCC) on clinical, pathological, and oncological outcomes compared with clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC).
Materials And Methods: We analyzed the data of 48 uRCC and 688 ccRCC cases, collected from a histopathological database at a single center from July 2011 to August 2019. uRCC cases were confirmed according to the 2016 World Health Organization classification.

Alopecia is usually an overlooked manifestation of syphilis commonly seen in secondary syphilis with a prevalence of 2.9%-7%. It is broadly classified into symptomatic and essential alopecia and the observed patterns include moth-eaten type, generalized thinning, and mixed pattern.

In this prospective study, patients with suspected sarcoidosis underwent airway inspection with a UTB. Observed airway abnormalities were categorised into six predefined patterns.

High blood levels of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) have been shown in various malignancies. In lung cancer, the importance of NT-proBNP is not clear. In this study, we aimed to investigate the significance of the correlation of NT-proBNP levels in lung cancer with tumor stage, tumor diameter, histopathology, and specific sites of mediastinal metastasis: lymphadenopathy; pericardial, cardiac, major vessel, other mediastinal organ or lymphatic involvement/invasion.

We describe a case of sarcoidosis in a previously healthy 39-year-old man with the development of an acute kidney injury, requiring renal replacement therapy, as the first manifestation of the disease. The course of the disease was complicated by a сatheter-associated bloodstream infection. According to the histological examination of kidney biopsy samples, granulomatous interstitial nephritis was diagnosed.
