Due to tremendous development in the network technologies forms an Internet of Things (IoT) based Health Care System (HCS) is an essential application in day-today life. In HCS, constitute a group communication among doctors, patient, caretaker, ambulance, and hospital, which intern's devices transfer personal information from one to many group members. Providing security on the personal health information is the most critical issue, because malicious access on this information may leads to life threads. Concurrently, traditional cryptographic framework has unsuccessful to protection to the HCS over lightweight communications network. So, the proposed framework deals the security flaws through hyper elliptic curve based public key cryptosystem, which combines Digital Signature algorithm, Elgamal approaches that ensure the entity authentication and secure group communication. The performance of the proposed work analyzed using efficient security measures and compared with related schemes.

The genomic screening of hyper-thermophilic Pyrococcus abyssi showed uncharacterized novel α-amylase sequences. Homology modelling analysis revealed that the α-amylase from P. abyssi consists of an N-terminal GH57 catalytic domain, α-amylase central, and C-terminal domain.

Objective: To analyze the ultrasonographic features of pharyngoesophageal diverticulum (PED) mimicking thyroid nodules and to explore the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of PED.
Method: The sonographic findings of 68 patients with PED were retrospectively reviewed. According to the diverticulum echo intensity characteristics, the lesions were divided into solid nodular diverticulum, gas-containing nodular diverticulum, liquid-containing nodular diverticulum, and atypical diverticular changes; and the ultrasonographic manifestations were compared among the four groups.

Purpose: To test the hypothesis that hyperreflective foci in central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR) are autofluorescent and may represent macrophages that have engulfed outer retinal fluorophores from the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) and photoreceptors.
Methods: Enrolled subjects underwent spectral domain and swept-source optical coherence tomography, adaptive optics flood-illumination, and adaptive optics scanning laser ophthalmoscopy (AOSLO), including near-infrared autofluorescence (AO-IRAF). For the AO-IRAF imaging, retinal fluorophores were excited using 795 nm light and collected in an emission band from 814 to 850 nm.

According to current research, anti-cancer anthraquinones impact telomere disruption and may interact with G-quadruplex DNA that triggers signaling to apoptosis. The present study represents the biophysical investigation of oxidative stress, late apoptosis, and induced senescence among cancer cells after binding laboratory synthesized piperidine-based anthraquinone derivatives, 2, 6- Bis [(3-piperidino)acetamido)]anthracene-9,10-dione (N1P) and 2, 6-Bis [piperidino)propionamido]anthracene-9,10-dione (N2P), with G-quadruplex DNA. We employed biophysical approaches to explore the interaction of synthetic anthraquinone derivatives with quadruplex DNA sequences to influence biological activities in the presence of K and Na cations.
