Unlike nodal lymphoma, primary lymphomas of the intraabdominal organs are uncommon neoplasms whose diagnosis may be challenging in certain clinical circumstances. Despite this difficulty for imaging diagnosis, there are several imaging features on ultrasonography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and positron emission tomography that may suggest the correct diagnosis. The scope of this review is to describe and illustrate the imaging features of primary lymphoma of intraabdominal organs providing clues to the diagnosis, together with their pathological correlations.

Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus is an oncogenic gammaherpesvirus that plays a major role in several human malignancies, including Kaposi's sarcoma, primary effusion lymphoma, and multicentric Castleman's disease. The complexity of KSHV biology is reflected in the sophisticated regulation of its biphasic life cycle, consisting of a quiescent latent phase and virion-producing lytic replication. KSHV expresses coding and noncoding RNAs, including microRNAs and long noncoding RNAs, which play crucial roles in modulating viral gene expression, immune evasion, and intercellular communication.

Purpose: To report a case of bilateral primary vitreoretinal lymphoma (PVRL) masquerading as endophthalmitis in a patient with a history of bilateral cataract surgery and COVID-19.
Observation: A 60-year-old male patient presented with diminution of vision in both the eyes. There was a history of bilateral cataract surgery done 2 months back at a gap of one week and COVID-19 infection treated with high dose systemic corticosteroids.
Primary gastric T-cell lymphomas (PGTL) are exceedingly rare with an estimated incidence of 0.0091 per 100,000 person-years, affecting mainly elderly males. PGTL can present with a variety of gastrointestinal symptoms, but patients only rarely present with perforation.

Background: Anaplastic lymphoma kinase () rearrangement, the most common oncogenic rearrangement in lung adenocarcinoma, occurs in approximately 5% of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. gene is the most common partner of rearrangement, and distinct EML4-ALK fusions differ in their responsiveness to ALK tyrosine kinase inhibitors. However, the concurrence of two rearrangements in one patient and whose response to ALK-TKIs have rarely been reported so far.

Background: Few studies have evaluated predictive factors of isolated pituitary stalk thickening (iPST) in children.
Methods: In this retrospective study, radiology, endocrinology, and neuro-oncology databases were interrogated to identify patients with iPST between January 2000 and June 2019. A blinded, longitudinal assessment of MRIs was performed using quantitative, semi-quantitative, and qualitative metrics.
