Background: Malignant tumors release growth factors, promoting lymphangiogenesis in primary tumors and draining sentinel lymph nodes, ultimately facilitating lymph node metastasis. As a malignant lymphatic tumor entity, lymphangiosarcomas are characterized by low survival rates and limited treatment options. The transcription factor SOX18 plays a crucial role in both lymphatic endothelial cell differentiation and cancer-induced lymphangiogenesis.

The N-end rule pathway is a protein degradation pathway mediated by the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which specifically targets and degrades target proteins by recognizing specific residues at the N-terminus of the proteins. The residues which play a crucial role in the N-end rule pathway are called degrons, also known as N-degrons, as they are usually unstable at the N-terminal end of the protein. Currently, several N-end rule pathways have been identified in the eukaryotes, including the Arg/N-end rule, Ac/N-end rule, and Pro/N-end rule pathways, as well as the recently discovered Gly/N-end rule pathway.

The fast and accurate quantitative detection of camellia oil products is significant for multiple reasons. In this study, rice bran oil and corn oil, whose Raman spectra both hold great similarities with camellia oil, are blended with camellia oil, and the concentration of each composition is predicted by models with varying feature extraction methods and regression algorithms. Back propagation neural network (BPNN), which has been rarely investigated in previous work, is used to construct regression models, the performances of which are compared with models using random forest (RF) and partial least squares regression (PLSR).

Extensor tendon injuries are commonly encountered after trauma. These injuries often result in acute weakness and have widely differing treatment options depending on the severity and the location of the injury within the upper extremity.
