Introduction: Insight in psychosis, defined as a patient's awareness and judgment of their mental illness, is a complex and evolving concept. Historically, the absence of insight was considered a defining characteristic of psychosis, but recent decades have seen the development of structured tools for its assessment. This systematic review aims to critically appraise the measurement properties of instruments used to assess insight in individuals with schizophrenia spectrum, bridging the gap between theoretical conceptualization and clinical practice.

Purpose: Toxoplasmosis is a worldwide widespread parasitic infection; it affects about 30% of the global population, either through acute toxoplasmosis or its sequels. Even though the male reproductive system is not the primary target for Toxoplasma gondii (T. gondii), studies have inquired into the possibility of presenting repercussions in this system directly or indirectly due to toxoplasmosis.

Purpose: This study aimed to assess the presence of spin in abstracts of systematic reviews and meta-analyses comparing biceps tenodesis and tenotomy outcomes and to explore associations between spin and specific study characteristics.

Methods: Using Web of Science and PubMed databases, systematic reviews and meta-analyses comparing outcomes of biceps tenodesis and tenotomy were identified. Abstracts were evaluated for the nine most severe types of spin as described by Yavchitz et al.
