The selective cleavage of thermodynamically stable C(sp )-C(sp ) single bonds is rare compared to their ubiquitous formation. Herein, we describe a general methodology for such transformations using homogeneous copper-based catalysts in the presence of air. The utility of this novel methodology is demonstrated for C -C bond scission in >70 amines with excellent functional group tolerance. This transformation establishes tertiary amines as a general synthon for amides and provides valuable possibilities for their scalable functionalization in, for example, natural products and bioactive molecules.

The optimization on the cloud-based data structures is carried out using Adaptive Level and Skill Rate-based Child Drawing Development Optimization algorithm (ALSR-CDDO). Also, the overall cost required in computing and communicating is reduced by optimally selecting these data structures by the ALSR-CDDO algorithm. The storage of the data in the cloud platform is performed using the Divide and Conquer Table (D&CT).

Background: Conduction system pacing (CSP) has been reported to improve clinical outcomes in comparison of right ventricular pacing (RVP). However, the performance between CSP and RVP on the risk of new-onset atrial fibrillation (AF) remains elusive.

Methods: Four online databases were systematically searched up to July 1, 2024.

Chemoselectivity in Pd-Based Dyotropic Rearrangement: Development and Application in Total Synthesis of Pheromones.

In the dyotropic rearrangement of molecules with semiflexible structures, characterized by a freely rotating static C-C bond, the formation of a mixture of products is common due to the coexistence of several energetically comparable conformers. Herein, we report that it is possible to modulate the shifting groups by adjusting the metal's coordination sphere in Pd-based dyotropic rearrangement. In the presence of a catalytic amount of Pd(II) salt, the reaction of γ-hydroxyalkenes or γ,δ-dihydroxyalkenes with Selectfluor affords fluorinated tetrahydropyranols or 6,8-dioxabicyclo[3.

This research aims to identify wet-cooled CSP (Concentrated Solar Power) solar power plants connected to the existing electricity grid in Cameroon. This study uses a hybrid approach which combines an MDCM-AHP method (Multi-Criteria Analysis Method - Hierarchical Analysis Process) and a GIS (Geographic Information System). The elements studied are the climate (Direct Normal Irradiance (DNI), temperature), orography (slope and elevation) and location (proximity to the electricity network, proximity to roads and railways, proximity to homes), in order to determine the weight of these different factors and combine them to obtain the final map.
