Identifying data elements of electronic medical record systems (EMRs) is one of the essential steps for the comprehensive and proper health data collection. The aim of this study was to determine the data elements required for EMRs in the field of mental disorders. We conducted a literature review and also we randomly selected 50 medical records of patients with mental disorders to identify a preliminary list of essential data elements for EMRs for mental disorders. Then, 33 mental health specialists were surveyed to validate the list of data elements through a questionnaire. We identified that health data elements of EMRs for patients with mental disorders can be categorized into seven classes (demographic data of patients, administrative data of physicians, administrative data of patients, history, clinical data, treatment, and financial data) and 10 subclasses. After the validation process, 140 essential data elements for EMRs for patients with mental disorders were introduced.

Background: This research investigates the unsteady magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) flow, heat, and mass transfer of tangent hyperbolic ternary hybrid nanofluids over a permeable stretching sheet. The study considers three types of nanoparticles-aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃), copper (Cu), and titanium oxide (TiO₂)-dispersed in a base fluid of ethylene glycol (C₂H₆O₂). This ternary hybrid nanofluid (Al₂O₃-Cu-TiO₂/C₂H₆O₂) has potential applications in cooling systems, biomedical uses for targeted drug delivery and hyperthermia treatments, heat exchangers, and polymer processing techniques like extrusion and casting.

Investigating the genetic and developmental characteristics, infection transmission attributes, and epidemiological trends of pathogens using genomic data represents the foundation for pathogen surveillance and is a crucial prerequisite for guaranteeing global health security. To meet the analytical demands of research relating to pathogen prevention and control, we designed a secure visualization system capable of pathogen genome assembly, annotation, species identification, sequence typing, antibiotic resistance and virulence analysis, genomic mobile element and transferable resistance gene annotation, and phylogenetic tree reconstruction. For highly pathogenic organisms requiring complete data protection, we have developed a secure computing tool that utilizes a trusted execution environment, is combined with blockchain and privacy computing technologies, and is specifically designed for nucleotide basic local alignment search tool (BLASTn) comparison analysis.

This study introduces an adaptive three-dimensional (3D) image synthesis technique for creating variational realizations of fibrous meniscal tissue microstructures. The method allows controlled deviation from original geometries by modifying parameters such as porosity, pore size and specific surface area of image patches. The unbiased reconstructed samples matched the morphological and hydraulic properties of original tissues, with relative errors generally below 10%.
