We present PopNetD3, a web tool that provides an integrated approach for the network-based visualization of population structure based on the PopNet clustering framework. Users first submit a tab-delimited file that defines diversity of SNPs across the genome which is subsequently processed by the PopNet backend to define patterns of conservation at the chromosome level. The resulting population structure is visualized through a dedicated D3-based tool, allowing users to interactively examine chromosomal regions predicted to share ancestry. We illustrate the capabilities of PopNetD3 through an analysis of 16 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae. Methods: A phenomenological study involving semi-structured interviews with 20 OI caregivers at a tertiary centre for children from March to August 2021 was analyzed thematically, following Anderson's model.

Many diseases and disorders of the nervous system suffer from a lack of adequate therapeutics to halt or slow disease progression, and to this day, no cure exists for any of the fatal neurodegenerative diseases. In part this is due to the incredible diversity of cell types that comprise the brain, knowledge gaps in understanding basic mechanisms of disease, as well as a lack of reliable strategies for delivering new therapeutic modalities to affected areas. With the advent of single cell genomics, it is now possible to interrogate the molecular characteristics of diverse cell populations and their alterations in diseased states.
