Aims: This study aims to identify and evaluate promising therapeutic proteins and compounds for breast cancer treatment through a comprehensive database search and molecular docking analysis.
Background: Breast cancer (BC), primarily originating from the terminal ductal-lobular unit of the breast, is the most prevalent form of cancer globally. In 2020, an estimated 2.

Chlorophenols are difficult to degrade and mineralize by traditional advanced oxidation processes due to the strong electronegativity of chlorine. Here, a dual-site atomically dispersed catalyst (FeMoNC) is reported, which Fe/Mo supported on mesoporous nitrogen-doped carbon is prepared through high-temperature migration. The FeMoNC exhibits a high dechlorination rate of 93.

Analyzing the cell interface is of paramount importance in understanding how cells interact and communicate with other cells, but an advanced analytical platform that can process complex and networked interactions between cell surface ligands and receptors is lacking. Herein, we developed the cell-interface-deciphering lipid nanotablet (CID-LNT) for multiplexed real-time cell analysis. LNT is a nanoparticle-tethered lipid bilayer chip where freely diffusing plasmonic nanoparticles induce scattering signal changes.

Idiosyncratic drug reactions (IDRs) pose severe threats to patient health. Unlike conventionally dose-dependent side effects, they are unpredictable and frequently manifest as life-threatening conditions, such as severe cutaneous adverse reactions (SCARs) and drug-induced liver injury (DILI). Some HLA alleles, such as , , and , are known risk factors for adverse reactions induced by multiple drugs.

Traditionally, this state has been viewed as a tumor-suppressing mechanism that prevents the proliferation of damaged cells while activating the immune response for their clearance. However, senescence is increasingly recognized as a contributing factor to tumor progression.
