Legumes are one of the important crops for food and nutritional security. According to the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture, the collection and documentation of promising germplasms are essential for creating the global database and also for facilitating the global exchange for crop improvement and further exploitation. Presented here are varietal dataset of an agriculturally important legume, (L.) Sweet, collected from eastern Uttar Pradesh of North India. Extensive field surveys were conducted for studying the occurrence and distribution of in six districts of eastern Uttar Pradesh (Ballia, Ghazipur, Jaunpur, Mirzapur, Sonebhadra and Varanasi) and germplasms of promising varieties were collected, and cultivated for further characterization. Dataset provides the morphological traits such as variation in stem colour, leaf size, flower colour, pod colour, pod size, seed size, seed weight etc. of fourteen different varieties of grown in the field gene bank maintained by authors at Rajgarh block of Mirzapur district, eastern Uttar Pradesh, India. Additionally, national and global distribution maps of was prepared using ArcGIS platform.

A 2-year-old female Assam Hill goat was presented with a clinical history of anorexia, fever, mild anemia, rough body coat, dehydration, tachycardia, dyspnea and swelling of palpable lymph nodes. Hematology revealed low hemoglobin, packed cell volume, red blood cell and thrombocyte count. Biochemical analysis showed increased serum concentration of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatinine and urea in comparison to the normal reference range.

Introduction: Patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) frequently experience neuropsychiatric conditions, such as depression, anxiety, and cognitive impairment, which not only significantly diminish their quality of life, but also contribute to longer hospitalizations, poor treatment adherence, and increased mortality. This hospital-based cross-sectional study aimed to investigate neuropsychiatric complications in CKD patients, focusing on gender differences, and clinical and other sociodemographic factors.

Materials And Methods: Diagnosis of CKD was based on the Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO) criteria, and patients aged 18 years or above were included.

Acute encephalitis syndrome (AES) is a significant public health issue in India, attributed to various etiologies. In eastern Uttar Pradesh, Japanese encephalitis (JE) was the leading cause of AES (10-14% of total AES) until scrub typhus (ST), caused by , was identified in cerebrospinal fluid and blood samples of AES patients contributing more than 60% of AES cases. This study investigates the prevalence of JE-ST coinfection and compares clinical outcomes among JE mono-infection, ST mono-infection, and JE-ST coinfection.
