Objective: Propose a framework to empirically evaluate and report validity of findings from observational studies using pre-specified objective diagnostics, increasing trust in real-world evidence (RWE).
Materials And Methods: The framework employs objective diagnostic measures to assess the appropriateness of study designs, analytic assumptions, and threats to validity in generating reliable evidence addressing causal questions. Diagnostic evaluations should be interpreted before the unblinding of study results or, alternatively, only unblind results from analyses that pass pre-specified thresholds.

Background: Brain drain refers to the migration of qualified professionals to developed countries in search of better living and working conditions, and has become a global concern, particularly in the healthcare sector. Migration of highly skilled nurses results in increased workload for the remaining nursing staff, limited access to quality healthcare services, and contributes to disparities in healthcare. Therefore, nursing students represent a critical demographic group for understanding the drivers of brain drain in the healthcare sector.

Background: Namaste Care is an intervention designed to improve the quality of life for people with advanced dementia by providing individualised stimulation and personalised activities in a group setting. Current evidence indicates there may be benefits from this intervention, but there is a need to explore the practical realities of its implementation, including potential barriers, enablers, and how it is delivered within the context of nursing care homes.
Objective: To systematically assess the factors involved in implementing Namaste Care for people with advanced dementia in nursing care homes.

Acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) is a kind of complex syndrome characterized by acute deterioration of liver function on the basis of chronic liver disease, accompanied by organ failure and a high mortality rate. The International Society for Hepatology has proposed different definitions, diagnostic criteria, and treatment guidelines, which have led to differences in the clinical management of ACLF and underestimated the burden of the disease. Currently, there is no specific treatment for ACLF, and the overall prognosis is still not ideal.
