spp. have been recognized as causative agents of various severe infections in pre-term or full-term infants as well as elderly adults suffering from serious underlying disease or malignancy. A surveillance study was designed to identify antibiotic resistance among clinical spp. strains, which were isolated from patients of two hospitals between May 2007 and August 2013. Altogether, 52 spp. isolates were analyzed. Although MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry recognized all and strains, it could not identify strain. Nevertheless, all strains were identified as spp. using multilocus sequence typing (MLST). Strains were tested against 17 types of antibiotics, using the standard microdilution method according to the 2018 European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing criteria. Three species were identified as (n = 33), (n = 18), and (n = 1); all isolates were susceptible to all tested antibiotics. All strains were PCR-negative for , , and β-lactamase genes, as well. Even though the results of this study showed that spp. isolates were pan-susceptible, continued antibiotic resistance surveillance is warranted. spp. have been recognized as causative agents of various severe infections in pre-term or full-term infants as well as elderly adults suffering from serious underlying disease or malignancy. Introduction: This study aims to investigate the presence of class 1, 2, and 3 integrons in Acinetobacter baumannii isolates, evaluate the relationship between integrons and antibiotic resistance and determine the clonal relationship between isolates by PFGE method.

Methodology: A total of 188 A. baumannii strains between February 2020 and March 2023 were included in the study.

Introduction: Appropriate antibiotic use requires using the right antibiotic, at the right dose, for the right duration, and at the right time. Drug-resistant diseases cause numerous deaths globally a year, and antibiotic stewardship is a cornerstone in fighting antibiotic resistance. This study focuses on tracking the antibiotic prescribing practices in Palestine and improving future antibiotic prescribing.

Introduction: Antimicrobial resistance remains a global threat with increasing morbidity and mortality rates. The aim of this study was to identify the antimicrobial resistance trends among ESKAPE pathogens (Enterococcus faecium, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Enterobacter spp.) isolated from clinical samples at a Health Practice and Research Hospital over five years.

Introduction: The emergence of livestock-associated methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (LA-MRSA) is a growing public health concern. The objective of this study was to determine the prevalence and multi-drug resistant (MDR) profiles of MRSA in goats in Bangladesh.

Methodology: A total of 150 samples from goats comprised of rectal swab (n = 50), nasal swab (n = 50), and milk (n = 50) were collected.
