Diabetic cognitive impairment (DCI) is a central nervous system complication induced by peripheral metabolic dysfunction of diabetes mellitus. Cumulative studies have shown that neuro-immune crosstalk is involved in the pathological progression of DCI. However, current studies mostly focus on the interaction between innate immunity cells and neurons, while ignoring the role of adaptive immunity cells in DCI.

Because the liver plays a vital role in the clearance of exogenous chemical compounds, it is susceptible to chemical-induced toxicity. Animal-based testing is routinely used to assess the hepatotoxic potential of chemicals. While large-scale high-throughput sequencing data can indicate the genes affected by chemical exposures, we need system-level approaches to interpret these changes.

The network intrusion detection system (NIDS) plays a critical role in maintaining network security. However, traditional NIDS relies on a large volume of samples for training, which exhibits insufficient adaptability in rapidly changing network environments and complex attack methods, especially when facing novel and rare attacks. As attack strategies evolve, there is often a lack of sufficient samples to train models, making it difficult for traditional methods to respond quickly and effectively to new threats.

The progression of melanoma is a complex process influenced by both internal and external cues which encourage the transition of tumour cells, uncontrolled growth, migration, and metastasis. Additionally, inflammation allows tumours to evade the immune system, contributing to cancer development. The inflammasome, a complex of many proteins, is crucial in enhancing immune responses to external and internal triggers.

Rabbit syndrome (RS), characterized by fine, rapid, rhythmic movements along the mouth's vertical axis, is typically linked to prolonged antipsychotic medication use. Emerging evidence suggests newer antipsychotics' involvement in RS, prompting investigation into its association with long-acting injectable antipsychotics (LAIs) for schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. We report a case of RS observed in a patient diagnosed with bipolar I disorder and treated with Abilify Maintena, highlighting the importance of vigilance in monitoring adverse effects.
