Background: A preference for sooner-smaller over later-larger rewards, known as delay discounting, is a candidate transdiagnostic marker of waiting impulsivity and a research domain criterion. While abnormal discounting rates have been associated with many psychiatric diagnoses and abnormal brain structure, the underlying neuropsychological processes remain largely unknown. Here, we deconstruct delay discounting into choice and rate processes by testing different computational models and investigate their associations with white matter tracts.

Traditionally, distraction of the hip joint during hip arthroscopy has been achieved with the use of a perineal post which acts as a counterforce. However, our knowledge of the potential complications related to the use of a perineal post continues to grow. While pudendal neurapraxia is the most common of these potential complications, the perineal post may also cause skin tears of the perineum, erectile dysfunction and, in rare cases, permanent pudendal nerve injury.

Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) is a B-cell lymphoma confined to the CNS. In general, early initiation of treatment after diagnosis is considered to be associated with improved prognosis in patients with malignancy. However, the prognostic impact of the time from diagnostic brain biopsy to initiation of treatment in patients with PCNSL remains unclear.
