Cannabichromene (CBC) is one of the main cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant, and although less well known than tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD), it is gaining attention for its potential therapeutic benefits. To date, CBC's known mechanisms of action include anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antidepressant, antimicrobial, neuroprotective, and anti-acne effects through TRP channel activation and the inhibition of inflammatory pathways, suggesting that it may have therapeutic potential in the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases, such as atopic dermatitis (AD), but its exact mechanism of action remains unclear. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the effects of CBC on Th2 cytokines along with the Janus kinase (JAK)/signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) pathways involved in AD pathogenesis.

Painful diabetic neuropathy commonly affects the peripheral nervous system in individuals with diabetes. However, the pathological processes and mechanisms underlying diabetic neuropathic pain remain unclear. We aimed to identify the overall profiles and screen for genes potentially involved in pain mechanisms using transcriptome analysis of the dorsal root ganglion of diabetic mice treated with streptozotocin (STZ).

Objectives: We aimed to investigate the effect of hand therapy (HT) on oxytocin and oxytocin receptor expression in a chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) model mouse.
Methods: CIPN model mouse was induced by intraperitoneal injection of paclitaxel (PTX; 4 mg/kg) on days 0, 2, 4 and 6 of the study. HT was performed on the CIPN mice once daily for 14 consecutive days, starting on day 8 after the PTX injection.

Worldwide, thousands of male patients who carry ATP Binding Cassette Subfamily D Member 1 () mutations develop adrenomyeloneuropathy (AMN) in mid-adulthood, a debilitating axonopathy of the spinal cord. Today AAV gene therapy brings the most hope for this orphan disease. We previously reported that an AAV9-MAG- vector injected intravenously in the neonatal period prevented the disease in 2-year-old mice, the AMN mouse model.

Introduction: The severity of electrical injuries depends on the voltage, the duration of exposure to current, and the trajectory of the current through the body. The reconstruction for defects caused by electric current is a difficult process.
Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of the reverse first dorsal metatarsal artery (FDMA) flap in the reconstruction of distal foot injuries caused by electric currents.
