Purpose: This study aims to investigate the factors influencing career choices in pediatric surgery with a focus on gender and generational differences in Türkiye.
Methods: A cross-sectional survey study was conducted. A questionnaire, consisting of 42 questions was developed and distributed to pediatric surgeons via email and other digital platforms.
Modern classification and categorization of individuals' health requires personalized variables such as nutrition, physical activity, lifestyle, and medical data through advanced analysis and clustering methods involving machine learning tools. The objective of this project was to categorize Mediterranean dwellers' health factors and design metabotypes to provide personalized well-being in order to develop professional implementation tools in addition to characterizing nutritional and lifestyle features in such populations. A two-phase observational study was conducted by the Pharmacists Council to identify Spanish nutritional and lifestyle characteristics.

Purpose: Despite the unprecedented challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, nonprofit organizations (NPOs) continued providing services, thereby contributing to overcoming the pandemic. What enabled NPOs to sustain their service provision during this global emergency? This study attempts to answer this question by focusing on one of the essential pillars supporting the operation of NPOs: volunteers. More specifically, we aim to investigate how person-organization (P-O) fit and generation, particularly the Millennial generation, are related to engagement in voluntary activities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
