Purpose: Up to 95% of women during and after radiation therapy (RT) for breast cancer have reported cutaneous toxicity. However, the biologic link between skin microbiome and skin toxicities from RT remains largely unknown. Introduction: Lichenoid drug eruption, induced by gold or cardiovascular drugs, is one of the causes of lichen planus, and vulvovaginal erosive lichen planus can cause labial adhesions. However, few studies have focused on drugs as a cause of labial adhesions.

B-cell cutaneous lymphoid hyperplasia (CLH), or B-cell pseudolymphoma, is a benign lymphoid proliferative disorder that can mimic cutaneous lymphoma. This case describes a rare instance of amlodipine-induced B-cell pseudolymphoma in a 64-year-old woman. The patient presented with itchy papules and nodules on her neck and arms, occurring shortly after starting amlodipine for hypertension.
