Purpose: Up to 95% of women during and after radiation therapy (RT) for breast cancer have reported cutaneous toxicity. However, the biologic link between skin microbiome and skin toxicities from RT remains largely unknown. This study aimed to assess the associations of skin microbiome with clinician- and patient-reported skin toxicities and inflammatory markers in women with breast cancer receiving RT.

Case Presentation: We encountered a 78-year-old woman with labial adhesions, vulvodynia, and itching of the vulva.

B-cell cutaneous lymphoid hyperplasia (CLH), or B-cell pseudolymphoma, is a benign lymphoid proliferative disorder that can mimic cutaneous lymphoma. This case describes a rare instance of amlodipine-induced B-cell pseudolymphoma in a 64-year-old woman. The patient presented with itchy papules and nodules on her neck and arms, occurring shortly after starting amlodipine for hypertension.

A 60-year-old Japanese woman had a history of acneiform rashes and pruritus from age 20. She had sought medical attention at the age of 49 due to the progressive enlargement of the lesions. Despite various therapeutic interventions, including topical steroids and oral cyclosporine, the condition continued to worsen.
