Currently, lots of young couples are facing infertility. One of the relatively rare causes of female infertility is prolactinoma - hormonally active pituitary tumor that secretes excessive quantity of prolactin. Excessive prolactin production is leading to anovulation and women infertility. We propose for your attention a case report management of patient with prolactinoma. Long and adequate administration of inhibitors of prolactin secretion leads to regression of the tumor size up to its complete disappearance, which allows patients with prolactinoma not only to get pregnant, but also to nurse and give birth to healthy children.

Purpose: We report the use of a pericapsular nerve group (PENG) cryoneurolysis for longer-term analgesia in a patient with a hip fracture and severe medical comorbidities as an alternative to hip fracture surgery.
Clinical Features: A frail but lucid and fully autonomous 97-yr-old female from an assisted living facility sustained a subcapital fracture of her right proximal femur following a ground level fall. She had significant comorbidities including end-stage respiratory disease.

A paediatric patient presented with periorbital oedema and fever. Initially, there was low suspicion for cavernous sinus thrombosis and orbital cellulitis due to the presence of full extraocular movements. However, given worsening bilateral periorbital oedema, lethargy and sepsis, neuroimaging was performed demonstrating inflammation and enhancement of the leptomeninges and left cavernous sinus, and raising concern for cavernous sinus thrombosis in the setting of orbital cellulitis.

A calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumour (CEOT) is a rare benign odontogenic tumour of epithelial origin accounting for approximately 1% of all odontogenic tumours. The intraosseous form occurs more commonly in the posterior mandible whereas the extraosseous form is common in the anterior maxilla. CEOT is often asymptomatic and presents with a painless swelling of the mandible.

A young man in his 30s presented to us with multiple episodes of syncope and exertional dyspnoea for the last 2 weeks. He was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of the lower one-third of the oesophagus in 2021 for which he was treated with neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy, followed by McKeown oesophagectomy. At 2-year follow-up, he had developed a soft tissue swelling in the scalp, which was diagnosed as a tumour recurrence and radiotherapy was initiated.
