We describe the clinical and dermoscopic features and histopathological findings in a case of a 33-year-old female patient with an adult-onset photodermatosis. This eruption was not typical of well-established photodermatoses due to its apoptotic keratinocytes. To our knowledge, this is the first report of these combined clinical and pathologic features.

Background: Magnetic therapy has demonstrated beneficial effects for reducing pain, nausea, neuropathy, and various other health concerns in the human body. To our knowledge, limited research has documented the use of auricular static magnetic therapy as a potential treatment for diabetes. This report presents the first evidence of using magnetic discs placed at acupuncture points on the human ear to decrease blood glucose levels and promote the healing of gangrene in diabetic patients.

We presented a case of chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis (CMC) due to STAT1 GOF mutation with recurrent enteritis and intestinal obstruction. A 33-year-old woman complained of recurrent oral erosion and finger (toe) nails damage for over 30 years. Candida albicans were cultured from the oral mucosa and nails.

Although parenteral iron is widely used to treat iron deficiency anemia (IDA), some side effects have been inadequately explored. Hypophosphatemia is becoming a well-documented, yet poorly understood, side effect of parenteral iron infusion, oftentimes causing serious and/or prolonged complications. In this article, we discuss the case of a 33-year-old female with IDA who suffered debilitating physical and mental symptoms of significant recurrent hypophosphatemia following a single standard dose of parenteral iron administration.

Introduction: Phyllodes tumors (PTs) of the breast are rare fibroepithelial neoplasms, accounting for less than 1% of all breast tumors. The WHO classifies PTs into benign, borderline, or malignant categories based on histological features. While benign PTs generally have a favorable prognosis, they carry a risk of transformation into malignant variants, particularly in cases of recurrence.
