In this case report, we present a case of varicella pneumonia in the elderly. Background: Consistent evidence shows stigma impedes healthcare access in people living with HIV (PLWH) and men who have sex with men (MSM). We evaluated the impact of a stigma reduction training for providers whose design was informed by direct observation of their clinical behaviors obtained through visits by incognito standardized patient (SP).
Setting: We conducted this study in in sexually transmitted infection clinics in Guangzhou, China.

Introduction: Results from randomized controlled trials of upadacitinib, a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor, have led to its approval for the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD) in patients aged ≥ 12 years. The aim of this study was to report the effectiveness and safety of upadacitinib in real-world settings over a period of 96 weeks.
Methods: This retrospective study included all patients treated with upadacitinib at our centre between April 2022 and September 2024.

Background: Surgical methods of gingival depigmentation can be challenging, particularly if the gingival phenotype is thin due to the risk of gingival recession and bone exposure. Thus, exploring alternative, non-surgical, minimally invasive treatment modalities is warranted. In dermatology, vitamin C is extensively used for depigmentation and microneedling for collagen induction, with limited literature about its usage for improving gingival esthetics.
