The improved mitigation of self-phase modulation (SPM) induced nonlinear impairments by the use of a multi-span dispersion map optimization in 28 GBaud phase-sensitive amplifier (PSA) links is numerically investigated. We show that a four-span dispersion map optimized PSA link provides 2.1 times reach improvement over a single-span optimized PSA link with a total nonlinear phase shift tolerance increase from 2.1 radians to 8.8 radians. Furthermore, the optimized PSA link increases the maximum transmission reach by 6.9 times compared to a single-span optimized in-line dispersion managed phase-insensitive amplifier (PIA) link and 4.3 times reach extension is achieved compared to a dispersion unmanaged PIA link.

Aim: To evaluate the impact of different b-value combinations on synthetic diffusion-weighted imaging (sDWI) and determine the sDWI with an optimal b-value combination for prostatic cancer (PCa) diagnosis.
Material And Methods: A retrospective analysis of 68 patients with abnormal prostate-specific antigen (PSA) was conducted. The sDWI images with b value of 1500 s/mm were separately reconstructed by the following five b-value combinations: b=0, 200s/mm (sDWI); b=600, 800s/mm (sDWI); b=0, 600s/mm (sDWI); b=200, 800s/mm sDWI); b=0, 800s/mm (sDWI).

Background: To compare the efficacy and toxicity of docetaxel treatment regimens in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 162 patients diagnosed with mCRPC who underwent docetaxel chemotherapy between 2009 and 2020. The patients were divided into three groups according to the dosage and interval of docetaxel (DCT) chemotherapy regimen: 30 mL/m weekly, 50 mL/m biweekly (every 2 weeks), and 75 mL/m triweekly (every 3 weeks).

Introduction: The persistent sciatic artery (PSA) is a rare congenital vascular anomaly that arises when the embryonic axial artery fails to regress, potentially leading to serious complications such as limb ischemia.
Case Presentation: We report the case of a 47-year-old woman with a history of essential hypertension and recent hormonal treatment for uterine fibroids. She developed acute limb ischemia due to bilateral PSA thrombosis, which was confirmed through comprehensive imaging.

Planting structure adjustment (PSA) affects agricultural water saving, and is an essential part of water-saving agricultural construction. This study introduced virtual water theory and innovatively constructed a model to assess the water-saving effects of PSA in Shiyang River Basin over the past 38 years, explore the relationship between planting structure and water saving, and clarify the most water-saving planting structure. The results showed that the sown area of economic crops consistently increased as food crop areas decreased in the four counties (districts) from 1980 to 2017.

The activated carbon from marigold flowers (MG) was used to make an unlabeled electrochemical immunosensor to determine prostate cancer. MG was synthesized by hydrothermal carbonization and pyrolysis. MG had a large surface area, was highly conductive, and biocompatible.
