Purpose: Achieving precise postoperative alignment is critical for the long-term success of total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Long-leg standing radiograph (LLR) at 6 weeks post-op is the gold standard for assessing alignment, but its reliance on weight-bearing and positioning makes it less practical in the early postoperative period. Supine computed tomography scanogram (CTS) offers a potential alternative.

Radiostereometric Analysis (RSA) is the most accurate method for determining early micromotions of orthopedic implants. Computed Tomography Radiostereometric Analysis (CT-RSA) is a method that can be used to determine implant and bone micromovements using low-dose CT scans. This study aimed to evaluate the reliability of the CT-RSA method in measuring the interfragmental mobility in patients who have undergone a correction osteotomy due to a malunited distal radius fracture.

As a result, modifications were recommended to develop a new clinical approach to these patients, called "Damage Control Resuscitation".

Background: Dialysis Access (DA) stenosis impacts hemodialysis efficiency and patient health, necessitating exams for early lesion detection. Ultrasound is widely used due to its non-invasive, cost-effective nature. Assessing all patients in large hemodialysis facilities strains resources and relies on operator expertise.

Background: The vertical vein (VV) ligation during the total anomalous pulmonary venous return (TAPVR) correction is still controversial. Our study aimed to define the potential risk factors for VV persistence and their percutaneous occlusion.
Methods: The retrospective cohort study included 40 patients (26 males) with TAPVR treated at the tertiary referral center from 2005 to 2024.
