Objective: Most data published on adolescents living with HIV (ALH) have been collected before the large diffusion of second-generation integrase strand transfer inhibitors (INSTI) among the pediatric population. When combined with immune checkpoint inhibitors, LDRT has been shown to significantly improve the immune microenvironment of tumors, thereby promote the immune attack on tumor cells.
