Background: Knee injuries resulting in purely cartilaginous defects are rare, and controversy remains regarding the reliability of chondral-only fixation.
Purpose: To systematically review the literature for fixation methods and outcomes after primary fixation of chondral-only defects within the knee.
Study Design: Systematic review; Level of evidence, 5.
Background: The armamentarium of medical therapies to treat inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) continues to grow, which has expanded treatment options, particularly after first biologic failure. Currently, there are limited studies investigating the predictive value of first biologic primary non-response (PNR) on subsequent biologic success. Our objective was to determine if PNR to the first biologic for IBD is predictive of response to subsequent biologic therapy.

Purpose: To validate the Axillary Reverse Mapping (ARM) technique with indocyanine green (ICG), focusing on the detection rate and the procedure's feasibility. The predictive factors for metastatic involvement of ARM nodes are also analyzed to define the target population for ARM indication.
Methods: This prospective, observational, non-randomized study of patients with breast cancer included patients with an indication for axillary lymph node dissection (ALND) performed between June 2021 and June 2023.

Recurrent psychosocial stress poses a significant health challenge, prompting research into mechanisms of successful adaptation. Physiological habituation, defined as decreased reactivity to repeated stressors, is pivotal in protecting the organism from allostatic load. Here, we systematically review and meta-analyze data from studies investigating the capacity of central stress systems to habituate when repeatedly exposed to a standardized psychosocial stressor, the Trier Social Stress Test (k=47).
