Introduction: This research explores the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on psychotherapists' practices and their ability to maintain a framework despite a shared reality with their patients. The specific focus in this article is on the Lebanese context, which is characterized by a series of crises including economic collapse, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the Beirut blast. Incorporating decentralized approaches into clinical trials is a critical innovation with potential implications for improved accessibility and diversity, as well as lower burden for participants and caregivers. As we move forward in a collective effort to modernize clinical trials, we consistently hear of hurdles that interfere with the adoption of decentralized approaches. Patients' lack of knowledge concerning their families' own past leads to unconscious guilt, which often then leads to psychosomatic disturbances.

Background: Recent research, which explored the use of Quality Improvement (QI) methods in the Covid-19 pandemic response, found that Quality Improvement principles were utilised during the crisis management period, albeit without direct intention. Following on from this work, the aim of this paper extends that study by investigating the sustainability and resilience of not only the changes implemented by healthcare staff during Covid-19 in Ireland, but the resilience of the wellbeing of healthcare staff themselves through the various waves of Covid-19.
Methods: To explore healthcare staffs experience of Quality Improvement and the sustainability and resilience of both Quality Improvement initiatives and healthcare staff, a qualitative design was implemented.

Background: The child psychiatry unit of the Cochin Hospital in Paris is specialized in a transcultural clinical approach and treatment of psychotraumatism. The clinical demands addressed to the service often combine several levels of vulnerability: recent migration, repeated and intentional traumas, isolation and breach in family bonds sometimes precarious living conditions. Mastering how to approach trauma content adapting to the person's temporality while taking into account the individual, family and collective dimensions, is a key driver to the clinical intervention (of our approach).
