Introduction: Palmoplantar psoriasis is classified as nonpustular palmoplantar psoriasis (NPPP) or palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP).
Objective: We sought to shed light on the phenotypic diversity of nail psoriasis and conducted a thorough study of the dermoscopic features of nail lesions from patients with NPPP and PPP.
Methods: A prospective study included 35 patients with NPPP and 20 patients with PPP who had findings of nail psoriasis in at least three of their nails.

Introduction: Membranous aplasia cutis congenita (MACC) is the most common clinical subtype of aplasia cutis congenita (ACC). It is typified by a localized skin lesion devoid of hair and features a membranous surface. While most MACC individuals do not present with concurrent abnormalities, it can sometimes co-occur with additional physical anomalies and various malformation syndromes.

Background: Acquired melanocytic nevi are common benign skin lesions that require removal under certain circumstances. Shave removal is a straightforward treatment modality with a risk of recurrence.
Objective: To evaluate the outcome of dermoscopy-guided shave removal of acquired melanocytic nevi in the face of dark-skinned individuals who are more liable to postsurgical complications.
