: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is associated with worse surgical outcomes, and is a risk factor for bladder cancer and subsequent oncological outcomes. This study evaluated outcomes robot-assisted radical cystectomy (RARC) compared to open radical cystectomy (ORC) in patients with DM. : Data of adults ≥ 18 years old with DM who underwent radical cystectomy were extracted from the United States National Inpatient Sample database 2005-2018.

Surgery for choledochal cysts (CDC) in children younger than 6 months is relatively rare. We report our experience and compare the results between Da Vinci robot-assisted hepaticojejunostomy (RAHJ) and laparoscopic-assisted hepaticojejunostomy (LAHJ) in children younger than 6 months to treat CDC. A retrospective study was conducted on all children under 6 months of age who underwent RAHJ or LAHJ at the Children's Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, from July 2018 to November 2023.

Background: The advantages of robot-assisted minimally invasive esophagectomy (RA-MIE) over conventional minimally invasive esophagectomy (C-MIE) are unknown. This nationwide large-scale study aimed to compare surgical outcomes between RA-MIE and C-MIE using rigorous propensity score methods, including detailed covariates and relevant outcomes.
Methods: This Japanese nationwide retrospective cohort study included RA-MIE or C-MIE for esophageal malignant tumors performed between October 2018 and December 2019 and registered in the Japanese National Clinical Database.

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of TiRobot-assisted treatment for femoral neck fractures, in comparison to traditional freehand treatment methods. Throughout the research process, we conducted an extensive literature search across numerous databases, including PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), CQVIP, and Wanfang. Based on the literature screening criteria, we selected six studies, encompassing 358 cases of femoral neck fracture patients, for this meta-analysis.

Purpose: This study evaluated the accuracy of implant placement using a robotic system (Remebot) compared to freehand surgery and explored factors influencing accuracy.
Methods: This retrospective study included 95 implants placed in 65 patients, divided into robot-assisted (50 implants) and freehand (45 implants) groups. Platform, apical, and angular deviations were measured by superimposing preoperative plans and the postoperative CBCT images.
