However, when such injuries do occur, timely surgical intervention is crucial. Introduction: Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy has emerged as a promising treatment for hematological malignancies. However, its association with immune-related complications such as rheumatic complications, is not well defined.
Methods: We conducted a retrospective study to analyze rheumatic complications in 310 patients treated with CAR-T therapy at a single center from January 2020 to May 2024.

Introduction: Therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE) is crucial for saving lives when used appropriately. This study aimed to assess TPE's impact on tumor necrosis factor-like weak inducer of apoptosis (TWEAK) protein and IL-6 levels in critically ill pediatric patients.
Methods: Conducted between May 2022 and December 2022, the study observed pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) patients undergoing TPE, recording demographics, lab results, TWEAK, and IL-6 levels pre- and post-procedure.
MPOX is an orthopoxvirus whose infection has been declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern in 2022 and 2024. It proved to be a virus with markedly heterogeneous and varied clinical presentation. We performed a systematic PubMed review of articles reporting cases of different clinical manifestations of MPOX until October 2024.
