Background: Temporal bone dissection is overwide recognized as an ideal training method for otologic surgeons. The knowledge of temporal bone anatomy and especially of the course of infratemporal facial nerve is pivotal in practice. Unlabelled: Introduction- Endoscopic minimally invasive pituitary surgery (MIPS) is advantageous over microscopic technique, as it provides superior close up, wide angle view of surgical target area. Image guided navigation system (IGNS) guides the surgeon to localize the lesion. In the present study we analyzed the Image Guided Surgical procedure and outcome of Endoscopic minimally invasive pituitary surgery and shared our experiences regarding disease clearance.

The Lysosomal Storage disease known as Mucopolysaccharidosis type II, is caused by mutations affecting the iduronate-2-sulfatase required for heparan and dermatan sulfate catabolism. The central nervous system (CNS) is mostly and severely affected by the accumulation of both substrates. The complexity of the CNS damage observed in MPS II patients has been limitedly explored.

The larynx is an essential organ in mammals with three primary functions - breathing, swallowing, and vocalizing. A wide range of disorders are known to impair laryngeal function, which results in difficulty breathing (dyspnea), swallowing impairment (dysphagia), and/or voice impairment (dysphonia). Dysphagia, in particular, can lead to aspiration pneumonia and associated morbidity, recurrent hospitalization, and early mortality.
