, a new species of (Rubiaceae) collected from Yunnan, China, is described for the first time. It is morphologically close to , but differs from the latter mainly by its inflorescences with 5-9 flowers, its 1.5-2.4 mm long peduncles, its stipules shorter than 1 mm and the 5-12 pairs of secondary veins. The conservation status is assessed as "Vulnerable" (VU) according to the IUCN Red List Categories and Criteria.

Small molecules as nanomedicine carriers offer advantages in drug loading and preparation. Selecting effective small molecules for stable nanomedicines is challenging. This study used artificial intelligence (AI) to screen drug combinations for self-assembling nanomedicines, employing physiochemical parameters to predict formation via machine learning.

Rationale: Peritoneal mucinous cystadenoma is rare in the clinic, lacks specific clinical manifestations, tumor markers, and imaging features, and is easily misdiagnosed and missed. Clinical practitioners should maintain a high level of vigilance. Here, we report a case of laparoscopic peritoneal mucinous cystadenoma stripping to improve our understanding of the disease.

Ecdysozoan worms (Nematoida + Scalidophora) are typified by disparate grades of neural organization reflecting a complex evolutionary history. The fossil record offers a unique opportunity to reconstruct the early character evolution of the nervous system via the exceptional preservation of extinct representatives. We focus on their nervous system as it appears in early and mid-Cambrian fossils.

Far-red phosphors have emerged as a desirable research hotspot owing to their critical role in promoting plant growth. Especially, Eu ions typically present the D→F (J = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4) transitions, which overlap with the far-red light required for plant photosynthesis. However, achieving high-efficiency far-red emission of Eu remains challenging due to weak D→F transition and concentration quenching.
