Objectives: To improve preoperative diagnostic accuracy of struma ovarii by retrospectively reviewing magnetic resonance (MR) findings. It is beneficial to choose the most appropriate surgical modality for the patient.
Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the clinical course and MR characteristics of 52 patients who were diagnosed postoperatively with struma ovarii, pathologically, from two institutions.
Introduction: Adrenal myelolipomas are uncommon benign adrenal tumors, which mostly occur unilaterally. We describe a rare case of giant bilateral adrenal myelolipoma mistaken for retroperitoneal liposarcoma.
Case Presentation: A 49-year-old man developed fever, left flank pain, and a large mass in his left abdomen.

Introduction And Importance: Ovarian atypical proliferative mucinous tumor (APMT) is a low-malignant or borderline tumor that originates from the ovary's surface epithelium. This tumor can grow to a massive size, causing abdominal distention, which can result in a variety of compression symptoms if it is not discovered early.
Case Presentation: A 23-year-old female presented with a chronic, gradually developing abdominal distention that had been persistent for a year.

Background: Differentiating arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy (A-AION) due to giant cell arteritis (GCA) from non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy (NA-AION) may pose a diagnostic challenge. Our study aimed to assess the use of standard orbital MRI in distinguishing ocular manifestations of GCA from NA-AION.
Methods: This study included 25 consecutive patients (11 GCA, 14 NA-AION) who underwent contrast-enhanced orbital MRIs within 3 months of symptom onset.
