Non-24-h sleep-wake disorder in blind patients without light perception is an orphan circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorder and is extremely rare in sighted people. Non-24-h sleep-wake disorder is characterized by insomnia and daytime sleepiness alternating with asymptomatic episodes. The frequency of symptomatic periods depends on the daily desynchronization of endogenous circadian pattern of each patient.

Design: A population-based cross-sectional study using Rapid Assessment of Avoidable Blindness survey, including the DR module.

Aims: To understand current clinical management of dry eye disease (DED), based on its perceived severity and subtype by practitioners across the world.
Methods: The content of the anonymous survey was chosen to reflect the DED management strategies reported by the Tear Film and Ocular Surface Society (TFOS) 2 Dry Eye Workshop (DEWS II). Questions were designed to ascertain practitioner treatment choice, depending on the subtype and severity of DED.

Aim: To investigate the influence of early-life factors (Season of birth, premature birth and breastfeeding) on the age at myopia onset.
Methods: A total of 331 myopic students aged 18 years or above were recruited from one medical university in Wenzhou, China. Questionnaires were administered to collect data on age at myopia onset, early-life factors, and vision hygiene habits.
