Background: This study aimed to create a comprehensive Core Outcome Set (COS) for assessing the long-term outcome (≥ 5 years) after Metabolic Bariatric Surgery (MBS), through the use of the Delphi method.
Methods: The study utilized a three-phase approach. In Phase 1, a long list of items was identified through a literature review and expert input, forming the basis for an online Delphi survey.

Background: Trials conducted in highly selected populations have shown that type 2 diabetes (T2D) remission is possible, but the feasibility and acceptability of supporting remission in routine clinical practice remain uncertain.
Aim: We explored primary care professionals' perceptions and understandings of T2D remission and their views about supporting remission within routine clinical care.

Intermittent explosive disorder (IED) is characterized by sudden, disproportionate outbursts of anger that can severely impact individuals' quality of life, causing difficulties in maintaining relationships, issues at work or school and potential legal troubles. This study aimed to systematically review and meta-analyse the effectiveness of psychological and pharmacological treatments for IED, drawing insights from both case studies and randomized controlled trials (RCTs). A total of 12 RCTs and 14 case studies were included in this comprehensive analysis.

Asthma is characterized by chronic airway inflammation as its primary pathological condition, which leads to various respiratory symptoms due to airway narrowing, with type 2 inflammation playing a central role. Asthma treatment, primarily centered on inhaled corticosteroids, aims to suppress type 2 inflammation and improve airway narrowing. However, severe asthma that cannot be controlled with high-dose inhaled corticosteroids or other asthma medications remains a clinical issue.
