Pholiotone A (), a new polyketide derivative, with tetrahydrobenzofuran-4(2)-one skeleton, together with four known compounds, trichodermatides A () and B () and koninginins B () and E (), were isolated from the crude extract of sp. The structures of all the isolated compounds were determined mainly by NMR experiments, the modified Mosher method and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculations. The antifungal and cytotoxicity of all isolates were evaluated.
