Pseudoaneurysm is a rare complication after carotid endarterectomy. Herein, we report a successful endovascular exclusion of a symptomatic carotid pseudoaneurysm occurred ten years after an eversion carotid endarterectomy by means of 2 overlapping micromesh stents (InspireMD C-Guardâ„¢) and balloon guide catheter (FlowGate Balloon Guide Catheter) used as a proximal protection device.

Background: Transcatheter edge-to-edge mitral valve repair (M-TEER) using the MitraClip system is primarily performed using the transfemoral approach. However, when this approach is not feasible, the transjugular approach can be used as an alternative.
Case Summary: A 57-year-old man presented with heart failure and persistent New York Heart Association class IV symptoms, refractory to guideline-directed medical therapy, intravenous therapy, and intra-aortic balloon pumping.

In-stent restenosis (ISR) remains the predominant cause of stent failure and the most common indication for repeat revascularization. Despite technological advances in stent design, ISR continues to pose significant challenges, contributing to increased morbidity and mortality among patients undergoing percutaneous coronary interventions. In the last decade, intravascular imaging has emerged as an important method for identifying the mechanisms behind ISR and guiding its treatment.

Background: To evaluate the feasibility, effectiveness and assistant effect of 3D printed aortic model in the treatment on congenital coarctation of the aorta (CoA) in adolescents and adults.
Methods: From December 2018 to December 2023, a total of 10 patients with congenital coarctation of aorta underwent percutaneous balloon dilatation covered stent implantation in the department of cardiovascular surgery, Xijing Hospital. There were 6 males and 4 females whose average age was (27.

Background: Hemodynamically unstable pelvic ring fractures from high-energy trauma are critical injuries in trauma care, requiring urgent intervention and precise diagnostics. With ongoing advancements in trauma management, treatment strategies have evolved, with some techniques becoming obsolete as new ones emerge. This study aimed to evaluate changes and trends in treatment algorithms for these injuries over approximately 40 years.

Limited evidence exists regarding the long-term outcomes of true vs. non-true coronary bifurcation lesions (CBLs) treated with current-generation drug-eluting stents and intravascular imaging guidance. The SCVC (Sapporo Cardiovascular Clinic) registry was a prospective, single-center, all-comers registry enrolling 1,727 consecutive patients treated with bioresorbable polymer sirolimus-eluting stent (BP-SES) under complete imaging guidance.
